1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") apply to all sales concluded by the company Le Filament 3D (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") whose registered office is located at 20 Chemin des Massigas, Route de Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, 84840 Lapalud, to its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") via the lefilament3d.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").



2. Products

The products offered for sale by the Company are those that appear on the Site. The essential characteristics and prices of the products are indicated on their description sheet.



3. Orders


Orders are placed on the Site by following the instructions provided. The Client declares that he/she has read and accepted these T&Cs before validating his/her order. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

4. Price and payment

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is placed. Payment for products can be made by PayPal, Payplug, credit card or bank transfer.



5. Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Client when placing the order. The delivery method offered is Colissimo or Chronopost. Delivery times vary depending on available stock and range from 24 hours to 10 days. The Company cannot be held responsible in the event of delay in delivery due to events beyond its control.



6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.



7. Warranty and Liability

The products sold by the Company are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects. The Company cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the products by the Client or in the event of damage resulting from the use of the products not in accordance with their intended purpose.

7.1The images shown on the product sheets are not contractual. The Customer must check the technical specifications of the products before placing the order.

7.2 Le Filament 3D cannot be held liable in the event of a manifest discrepancy between the characteristics of the product, its representation and its conditions of sale.

7.3 The total or partial inability to use the products due to an incompatibility with other materials shall not give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or liability of Le Filament 3D.

7.4 With regard to purchases for professional purposes on the lefilament3d.fr website, it is reminded that Le Filament 3D declines all responsibility with regard to any damage that may occur following the purchase of products for professional use. The 3D Filament cannot be held responsible for any operating loss suffered by a professional as a result of the use of the products or a delay in delivery.

7.5 Le Filament 3D also disclaims any responsibility for the use or application that may be made of the products purchased on the lefilament3d.fr Site. Thus, Le Filament 3D cannot be held responsible in the event of 3D prints whose use could be contrary to the law.

8. Personal data

The personal data collected on the Site is processed in accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data. The Client has the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete and transfer their data.



9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction to rule on any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these T&Cs and the contracts concluded between the Company and the Client.



10. Modification of the T&Cs

The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will be applicable to orders placed after they have been published on the Site.



11. Completeness and partial nullity

If one or more stipulations of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations shall retain their full force and scope.



12. Non-Waiver

The fact that the Company does not avail itself temporarily or permanently of one or more clauses of these T&Cs shall in no way constitute a waiver of the right to avail itself of the rest of the T&Cs.
