Featuring the Klipper motherboard and a 1.5GHz 64-bit quad-core ARM main-frequency processor for faster order processing and fulfillment, the Neptune 4 Pro can reach print speeds of up to 500mm/s, allowing you to complete your print projects quickly and efficiently. With our pre-installed Klipper firmware, you can start printing right away without the hassle of installing firmware.

In addition, it supports input shaping, which helps eliminate artifacts and resonances on the model surface, as well as pressure advance, which helps predict nozzle pressure for more accurate and consistent extrusion, reducing filament flows and burrs.

Powerful extrusion mechanism

The printer's direct-drive dual-gear extrusion system is another key feature ensuring smooth and consistent extrusion, while weighing only 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro's weight. The 5.2:1 gear ratio and dual-gear design ensure a firm grip on the filament, preventing slippage and wear on the flexible filament. The copper-titanium bi-metal tubing has a unique air duct design for faster heat dissipation and fewer nozzle clogs.

The 300°C high-temperature nozzle with an extended hot end design allows the filament to be completely melted, allowing you to explore a wider range of materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and high-temperature filaments like nylon.

Separate segmented heating platform

The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro features an intelligent segmented heating platform for increased efficiency and energy savings, as well as a heated bed overheat protection switch to prevent thermal failures that can damage the heated bed or cause a fire. The heated bed can be set to 100W to heat only the central area (120mm x 120mm), making it ideal for smaller models. For larger models, the heated bed can be set to 250W to heat the entire surface. Both partitions can also be manually controlled for flexible temperature adjustments.

The PEI magnetic platform with special coating and spring steel sheet ensures good adhesion and avoids deformation, just gently bend the steel printing plate to remove or peel off the prints.

Efficient Cooling System

To ensure fast, omnidirectional cooling of freshly filed models, the Neptune 4 Pro is equipped with two thickened 4015 ball-bearing cooling fans on either side of the printhead and four 4020 ball-bearing fan fans on the rear. This cooling system allows the hot filament to bind quickly for better results on overhangs and bridges, even at high print speeds, avoiding warping or warping issues.

More Convenient Features

The printer can resume printing after an unexpected power failure with its power loss recovery function. With a filament detection sensor, when the filament runs out or breaks, the printer will pause and sound an alarm.

Support LAN network printing, once connected, you can use the WEB terminal to remotely control and monitor your printer on the same network.

The XY axis belt tension is easy to adjust with a manual twist knob, and the enlarged Y-axis profile ensures a stable print platform.

The removable 4.3-inch capacitive display supports 8 languages and can be used by hand or attached to the base of the machine. It offers a preview of the printed model and a pause function to monitor the printing progress and make adjustments if necessary.

The gantry LED light bar and nozzle LED light can be activated via the screen button to conveniently observe the model's printing in a dark environment.
